About Yanga

Paola is a visionary and passionate leader. As the Head and Founding Member of Yanga, she has transformed the company into a globally recognized powerhouse, championing the power of storytelling, diversity and inclusion, and the protection of image rights. Paola holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a master’s in Intellectual Property from Universidad Anáhuac. Outside her professional achievements, she values building meaningful relationships and staying active. Paola is an avid ballet dancer, enjoys theater and movies, and treasures the time spent with her family.

Cristian is a thorough and reliable administrator with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from UAM and a diploma in Human Resources from UAM and UAEH. When he’s not crunching numbers, he delights in the architecture of the city he’s currently in. He enjoys a good cup of coffee and loves watching films, from obscure Norwegian cinema to Adam Sandler flicks.

Dedicated, organized, and a great motivator, Gris earned her bachelor’s degree in International Business at UP Tecámac. With a passion for learning new languages and all things marketing-related, she is always on the lookout for new challenges. In her spare time Gris is searching for new comic books to read or films to watch—shaping ideas for short, out-of-the-ordinary, sci-fi stories.

Born in Mexico City and a graduate of Iberoamericana University, Blanca has a deep passion for storytelling. A writer at heart, she maintains a personal blog and is preparing to publish her first novel. Her creative journey includes several years as a creative and film producer before dedicating herself to casting direction at Yanga, where she found the perfect balance between her creative vision and organizational skills. Today, she serves as the Head of Casting at Yanga.

A caring, committed, and organized people-person, she began her journey at Yanga as a Casting Assistant and soon made her way to leader of Booking division. Katia holds a bachelor’s in Organizational Communication from UNAM and has developed multifaceted skills, with experience as a model, photographer, and family business administrator.

A law graduate from Universidad de las Américas Puebla, Claudia spent years mastering Intellectual Property and Copyright Law before discovering her true passion: the art of creativity and advertising. Now a specialized IP lawyer with a knack for talent contracts, she navigates the legal side of copyright in advertising and audiovisual productions while pursuing her love for golf and embracing fresh challenges.

Marianna studied Visual Communication at the Academy of Visual Arts (AAVI), specializing in photography and video. Her first job was as a set assistant and data manager at a renowned advertising photography agency, where she discovered her passion for working behind the camera, as well as planning, organizing, and building a set from scratch. She enjoys traveling and reading books that expand her visual knowledge.
